RFS were engaged to undertake earthworks for the on-going development of the Kempsford Quarry, the works were carried out under an arachnological watching brief to ensure if any historical items were uncovered they would be recovered and recorded

The earthworks package involved topsoil stripping and overburden removal, the construction of screening bunds and material stockpiles along with additional works undertaken for the quarry production team, the works were completed using 36t excavator, 30t ADTs and D6 dozer.
